My name is Melanie and I am the founder and executive director of Your Whole Health INC, a 501(c)(3) non-profit geared toward helping people, especially those in recovery, find a new wellness-based lifestyle that incorporates such modalities as yoga, myofacial release, meditation, as well as in-person on online individual coaching sessions.

Wellness as a lifestyle…

What does wellness really mean? The truth is, the wellness industry is here to make money off you and your fears. Magic pills, powders, creams, and jade eggs aren’t the solution. Your framework of wellness is yours and yours alone, but how do you determine what that looks like? I will provide you with a safe space to explore your deep rooted beliefs about your relationship to food and to your body. I will assist you in finding what suits you now, in the most loving way.

As both a certified Holistic Health Coach and a Yoga Instructor, I bring a whole body approach to coaching. I can help shape your wellness journey with one-on-one health coaching sessions, sample meal plans and recipes, unique movement instruction, we’ll work from the inside out to help shape your unique wellness program.

My programs are accessible, realistic, and full of practical tips to help you feel great, take care of your body, and actually enjoy a new life.

I believe that when everything is in balance we can be the healthiest and happiest versions of ourselves. I want to help guide you on your journey to whole health.

Yoga Medicine was created by Tiffany Cruikshank, not as a style of yoga, but rather a training that educates the teacher to understand the body and create individualized yoga programs for the student based on their understanding of the anatomy, biomechanics, physiology and the traditional practice of yoga.
