Summer Flow in the Park - all levels encouraged
Wednesdays at Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park — 6:30-7:15 p.m. MST
Vinyasa, meaning “to move with breath,” is a graceful moving meditation that interlinks postures to form a continuous flow. This popular style of yoga helps to integrate breath with movement, to increase concentration, strengthen the physical body, and instill inner stillness and grace. Classes are accompanied by music and each class is infused with both challenging and restorative postures grounded in clear alignment, breath work, meditation and spiritual inspirations to take off the mat.
Suggested Equipment: yoga mat, hand towel, 2 blocks, blanket, strap, water bottle (equipment available for rent on-site)

Back to Basics Yoga Workshops - all levels encouraged
Are you new to yoga, nervous to join your first in-person class, or just looking to brush up on some of the basics?? Come join us each month where we’ll explore the fundamentals of the foundational poses through the lense of functional anatomy. We will break down the most common poses in a vinyasa practice and investigate the version of the pose that best suits your unique body. You will also be introduced to different pranayama, or breathing practices, that will help you calm your mind and body.
In general, these workshops are designed for those would like to learn in a friendly, relaxed environment regardless of physical strength or flexibility. Each class will start with a short discussion on various topics followed by a physical practice. Over the course of three months, we will unravel a typical vinyasa yoga class into manageable segments. The course outline is as follows:
Suggested Equipment: yoga mat, hand towel, 2 blocks, blanket, strap, water bottle
Sun Salutations — Sunday, June 10th | 9:00-11:00 a.m. MST
The Warriors — Sunday, July 8th | 9:00-11:00 a.m. MST

one-on-one work
Whether you are looking to deepen your practice, get a handle on the basics, or rehab an injury, I am here to help you. I offer specific work in myofacial release, yoga for mental health and wellness, yoga for addiction recovery, restorative yoga, and more. My training through Yoga Medicine was heavily focused on anatomy, which helps to pinpoint how best to work with injuries or disparities in the body. I’m excited to bring this wealth of training to you!
I currently offer one-on-one work via Zoom.
